Didier Le Menestrel

Chairman

Didier Le Menestrel

A graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and the Centre de Formation à l’Analyse Financière, Didier Le Menestrel is Chairman of Financière de l’Echiquier. He is also a member of the Société Française des Analystes Financiers (SFAF) and is a director of the Association Française de Gestion (AFG).

Christian Gueugnier

Deputy CEO

Christian Gueugnier

A graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and holder of the Certificat Supérieur d’Expertise Comptable, Christian Gueugnier began his career as an auditor with Deloitte-Touche (1978 -1986) before going on to set up the accounting firm E.A.C (Expertise-Audit-Conseil) in 1987. In 1991 he founded Financière de l'Echiquier together with Didier Le Menestrel. Currently, he is the company’s Deputy CEO and its Director of Finance and Administration.

Stéphane Toullieux

Stéphane Toullieux

Stéphane Toullieux is a graduate of EDHEC Business School in Lille. After eight years working with Crédit Commercial de France, he joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2001, assuming responsibility for business development. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Financière de l'Echiquier since 2006.

Sébastien d'Ornano

Chief Operating Officer

Sébastien d'Ornano

A graduate of the ESC Rouen Business School, Sébastien d’Ornano was a senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 1999 to 2004. He then joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2004 after having conducted an organisational audit of the company. He is Chief Operating Officer and a member of the executive committee at Financière de l’Echiquier

Marc Craquelin

Marc Craquelin

Marc Craquelin is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines in Paris. From 1986 to 1998 he worked in options and futures and became the Deputy Managing Director of Finacor. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 1998, managing the Echiquier Patrimoine fund. He is now Chief Investment Officer and a member of the executive committee at Financière de l’Echiquier.

Marie-Christine Korniloff

Head of SRI

Marie-Christine Korniloff

A graduate of HEC, Marie-Christine Korniloff has held different positions within the Strategy & Marketing Department, and the Quality and Client Relationships departments of Crédit du Nord, where she worked for 16 years. She then pursued her carreer within BPCE as a Deputy Director of Sustainable Development from 2004 to 2010. Marie-Christine joined Financière de l'Echiquier in september 2012 as the head of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI)

Damien Lanternier

Damien Lanternier

Damien Lanternier, CFA, is an HEC graduate. After a first position with Lazard, Damien joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2004. After having been an analyst for the Agressor and Agressor PEA funds, and then co-manager since the end of 2008, he has been the manager of Agressor and Agressor PEA since 2011.

Frédéric Plisson

Frédéric Plisson

Hold of a Masters degree in economics and a graduate of the Centre de Formation à l’Analyse Financière (SFAF), Frédéric Plisson acquired over 13 years solid experience in the professions of financial intermediation at Ferri, Natwest and Exane and has developed extensive knowledge of the major European securities. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2002 and has been managing the Echiquier Major fund since it was created in 2005.

Adrien Dumas

Adrien Dumas, CFA, is a graduate of EDHEC. After an initial position as an analyst in emerging markets, he joined Financière de l’Echiquier in August 2007 and became an analyst of the Agressor fund in 2008. Since 2012, he has been managing the Echiquier Global fund

Olivier de Berranger

Olivier de Berranger

Olivier de Berranger is a graduate of HEC. Since 1990, he has successively fulfilled the positions of trader then trading desk manager on derivatives and cash interest rate products at Crédit Lyonnais and then for Calyon. Afterwards he was manager for the Capital Markets sector at First Finance, a consulting and training company. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in March 2007 as a bond manager. He is in particular in charge of the sector invested in rate products for the Echiquier Patrimoine fund and manages Echiquier Oblig and ARTY.

Armand de Coussergues

Armed with a DESS degree in Financial Management and Taxation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Armand de Coussergues joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2003. He has been working on the Echiquier Agenor fund since it was created in February 2004, first as an analyst, then as co-manager. Since April 2010, he is the sole manager. He also manages the Echiquier Excelsior fund.

José Berros

After a diploma in accounting and a DESS degree in tax law, José Berros joined the auditing firm of Ernst & Young then HSBC Private Bank as Director of holding in a capital investment fund. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2005, where he manages the Echiquier Neteor fund. He is now manager of Echiquier Junior.

Jean Biscarrat

Jean  Biscarrat

A graduate of the Ecole supérieure de Gestion, Jean Biscarrat joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2002 when he set up the intermediation sector that he supervises today. Also a fund manager, he supplemented his training in 2009 with a MAP at INSEAD.

Jean-Charles Belvo

A graduate of ESCP Europe, CFA, Jean-Charles Belvo carried out many training sessions in management companies in France, Germany and in the United Kingdom. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2009, as an analyst for the Echiquier Major fund. Since 2012, he has been an analyst for the Agressor fund.

Stefan Weimann

Stefan Weimann is graduated of HEC since 2011. He carried out an internship by Financière de l’Echiquier in 2009 within the fund Echiquier Agenor. He also worked for 6 months in the Private Equity team of BNP Paribas Principal Investments before joining Financière de l’Echiquier in July 2011 as analyst of the fund Agressor.

Gilles Constantini

A graduate of Sciences Po Paris (Masters in Finance and Strategy) and of Télécom Paris (Management and Strategy), Gilles Constantini started his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants as a junior consultant. In 2010, he joined Financière de l’Echiquier as an analyst of the Echiquier Global fund.

Sonia Fasolo

With a Masters in Management Science, a degree in Finance from the University of Montpellier I and a SFAF diploma, Sonia Fasolo began her career in 2003 as a Small & Mid-caps analyst at Euroland Finance. In 2007, she joined the Equity Research Team at Berenberg Bank again as a Small & Mid-caps analyst. At the end of 2010, she moved to Financière de l’Echiquier to take up the position of financial analyst working on the Echiquier Agenor fund.

Jean-Yves Fustier

Graduated of l'ESSEC in 2009, Jean-Yves Fustier has worked in Capital Markets at Credit Suisse in London, then as an equity analyst at Amiral Gestion and Gaspal Gestion. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2012 as an analyst on the fund Echiquier Major.

Lele Cheng

Lele Cheng

Holds a bachelor degree in business administration of Economics and Law from the University of Zhongnan. Lele also graduated from the EM Lyon business school. A double French-Chinese degree supplemented by several experiences, including as an analyst in M&A as well as a sell-side analyst at Societe Generale. After a first experience of six months at Financière de l'Echiquier in 2011, Lele joined us back in July 2012 as an analyst upon Echiquier Major.

Guillaume Puech

Guillaume Puech is a young graduate of ESSCA Business School, he joined the fund Echiquier Patrimoine in 2011.

Thibault Villaceque

Thibault Villaceque is a graduate of the University of Paris VI in computer science, specialising in databases and artificial intelligence. He became part of Financière de l’Echiquier’s management team in December 2004 as a fund analyst.

Faty Dembele

Graduate from the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce in Bordeaux and specialised in Audit, Law and Management Control, Faty Dembele began her career at Ernst & Young as a Junior Auditor. After a work placement at l’Oréal in social audit, she joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2010 as an SRI analyst.

With a CAP/BEP degree in Banking/Brokerage, Gilles Levi joined Crédit du Nord in the Brokerage department then worked for Ferri and ING, where he was a negotiator until 2005. He joined Financière de l’Echiquier at the end of 2005 at the intermediation table.

Marin Beckmann

With his Master II degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the University of Paris X Nanterre, Marin Beckmann began his career at KBC Securities in "sales". He joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2010 as a negotiator at the intermediation table.

Pierre Mang

After graduating the ISG, Pierre Mang joins Financière de l’Echiquier in 2007 as a trader. Since 2012, he has been an assistant in the Investment team.

Pierre Puybasset

After having worked for seventeen years in a Swedish financial institution where he was in charge of brokerage in Paris, Pierre Puybasset joined Financière de l’Echiquier in 2003. He has been managing the Echiquier Agenor fund successfully since its inception in 2004. In 2010, he let the fund management of Echiquier Agenor to carry the launch and management of Echiquier Global out . He has been the spokesman of the Investment Management team since 2012.
